A second home, right across from BHHS.

JHouse is where Jewish teens in Beverly Hills come to learn, eat, laugh, and belong — classes, Jewish clubs, shabbatons, and more.

Who we are

More than a clubhouse.

JHouse Beverly Hills is a Chabad-affiliated 501(c)(3) nonprofit built around one idea: every Jewish teen, young professional, and neighbor in Beverly Hills should have a place that feels like home. What began as JHouse Chabad has grown into JHouse Center — a home for our teens, young professionals, and community.

It's led by Rabbi Danny and Mushky Illulian, right across the street from Beverly Hills High School — literally an extension of the BHHS campus.

Our mission

The power of YOUth.

We're here to be a listening ear and guide the teens of Beverly Hills — sharing our rich Jewish heritage, and deepening every teen's connection to Hashem and love for Israel. It's a second home for teenagers, built around one idea: every Jewish child on this campus should have a place that feels like theirs.

"To be kind is more important than to be right. Many times, what people need is not a brilliant mind that speaks, but a special heart that listens."

Passover

Sell your chametz.

Before Passover, Jewish law requires that chametz (leavened products) not be owned. Rather than destroy everything, you can authorize a rabbi to sell your chametz on your behalf to a non-Jewish buyer for the duration of the holiday — and buy it back automatically afterward.

Fill out the form and Rabbi Danny will act as your agent. There's no cost, though a donation is always appreciated. Submissions should be in before Erev Pesach — check with JHouse for this year's exact deadline.

Thanks — your email app should have opened with your details filled in. Send it to complete your submission.
